The vacuum tumbling machine is made of high quality stainless stee SUS304, it is designed reasonably with round head to achieve large rolling space. It is operated easily with PLC panel, such functions as automatic rolling, intermittent rotating and vacuuming can be switched easily. Frequency conversion function is also provided to control the processing according to users' need.
The machine can make meat products tumbling up and down inside the tank in vacuum by physical impact. By impact and tumbling, like massage and seasoning, meat products can absorb seasoning liquid evenly and enhance their binding force and elasticity. At the same time, by impact and tumbling, the protein of meat can be decomposed into water soluble one which can help human body absorb them easily. It can also mix additives (starch, salt etc.) and meat well to achieve good performance in taste, tenderness and weight.
The machine is suitable for factories of meat, pickles and vegetables.

1. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Generally, it's 5 sets for each size. For trial order, MOQ can be negotiated.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? What's the nearest air port and and how long it will take from airport to factory?
A: Our factories are located in Shandong province, east of China. It's about 2 hours from factory to Qingdao airport.
3. Q: What's your lead time?
A: It needs about 10 days for one set and 15 days for 3 sets.
4. Q: What the payment terms required?
A: 1) T/T 30% and the balance against of B/L copy sent to you;
2) L/C at sight
3) For small order, West Union, paypal or cash accepted.
5. Q: Can products be customized?
A: Customized products are welcome. Extra fee than normal products should be paid by customer.
